Course Cancellation Policy

There will be a contract on the application stating to agree to our cancellation policy. Once you agree to the contract the student has a minimum of one weeks cancellation or rescheduling notice in order to recieve a refund of monies paid l $10.00 processing fee.

The student will also agree to the fact that they fail to attend the course once the course begin, he will forfeit the entire course fee. No refunds or makeups will be given if you fail to meet the attendance requirements

Another factor that our student will have in mind is to allow additional time in my personal schedule for inclement weather conditions which may preclude motorcycle riding and extended learning time.

Not having the motorcycle gear which include:

* Over the ankle boots

* Long sleeve shirt or jacket

* Long Pants

* And full fingered gloves

 

Finally the student wiill also agree that if he cancells the course because of not being able to achieve the objectives of the range exercises with the time given, the student will forfeit the entire course fee.

Physical Requirements

     The student should understand that there are physical requirements for this course. They must understand that riding a scooter requires alertness, coordnation, balance, grip and fine muscle control of the hands and feet. Certain medical conditions, recent surgery or injury and/or certain prescriptions may interfere with safe motorcycle operations. If the student has a history of dizzy spells, faining,seizures,muscular balance it is recomended to consult with your doctor to determine if your medical conditions could interfere with your ability to operate a scooter.
