Basic Rider Course 2 Application

The full payment of this course is $125.00. Full payment is due with a signed application upon registration. You may also choose a preference between: 

*Hauppauge

* Queensborough Community College 

General start time: 7:00 am to 12:00 pm or 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The weather conditions may require adjustment to the course schedule.

* If you have 10-12 riders the fee for each rider will be...............$100.00

* If you have 7-9 riders  the fee for each rider will be..................$115.00

* If you have 6 riders or under, the fee for each rider will be .....$125.00
